    Decide

    We sit with the operation and name the workflows worth running on a model, the ones that should stay with a person, and what good looks like — including what a task should cost. That is written down before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Build

    We build the system so your team can run it. It can see the data it needs, it asks a person before it does something you cannot undo, and it keeps a record of what it did.

  3. 03

    Stay

    Launch is not the end of the work. Staying on quality, cost, and what breaks is part of the engagement we propose, not a conversation you have to reopen later.

A note on numbers

If we have not measured it, we will not quote it.

  • We will say when a workflow should stay with a person.
  • A savings figure appears only after we have measured it on your systems.
  • You own what we build: the code, the model choices, and the record of what it did.
