Privacy

This policy covers uxgency.com, the site of Uxgency Inc, a Massachusetts corporation. It does not cover Hustlin, Hello, autozeigen, or No Robots. Those products have their own policies on their own sites.

What we collect

If you write to us through the form, we collect:

• your name
• your work email
• your company, and your role if you give it
• what you wrote about the change you want

The host of this site keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address, browser, and the page requested) to operate and protect it. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. We do not run advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply, and to decide whether an engagement makes sense. When email is configured, a copy goes to our inbox and a short confirmation goes to you, through SendGrid. When a database is configured, we also keep a copy of the same note.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as the conversation, and any engagement that follows, needs it. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.
