Next Shift privacy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy covers Next Shift, the iPhone game by Uxgency Inc, a Massachusetts corporation. In short: we don’t collect anything. There are no accounts with us, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
What stays on your iPhone
Your player profile (name, number, look, team, stats, levels, cards and settings) is saved on your device. If you use iCloud, Apple keeps a copy in your iCloud account so it follows you to your other devices. We never receive it.
Game Center
If you’re signed in to Game Center, the game posts your scores and achievements to Apple’s leaderboards and finds online opponents through Apple. Apple’s privacy policy covers that; your Game Center nickname is visible to other players.
Playing with people nearby or online
Nearby games and the second screen connect phones directly over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. During a game the phones exchange your controls, your player name, number and look. Online games send the same through Game Center. Nothing is stored after the game.
Children
We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
